How long does restocking take?
Restocking typically takes around two weeks. We strive to maintain a consistent supply of our popular crystal candies to meet your needs. Our candies are meticulously crafted using premium ingredients and organic juices, which require extra time due to the natural crystallisation process. For example, in flavours like caramel toffee, we use real caramel to ensure authenticity and superior taste.
How are your candies made?
Our candies are handcrafted with care, using natural fruits, juices, and premium ingredients to deliver a delightful burst of flavour in every bite. As gourmet creations, our candies often feature a unique combination of three flavours in each piece, ensuring a sophisticated and enjoyable taste experience. This meticulous process of crystallisation also takes longer than what local suppliers typically provide, guaranteeing a superior product.
How long can we store them for?
Our crystal candies have a shelf life of 3 weeks to 2 months, depending on how well they are stored. To maintain their flavour and texture, store them in a cool, dry place. For the ultimate taste experience, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible.
Do you provide tracking for orders?
Yes, we offer tracking options for all deliveries.
- International Orders: Tracked via Royal Mail.
- UK Orders: Shipped via Evri Second Class or Yodel, with delivery typically taking 2–3 business days. Tracking details will be provided upon despatch.
