Our processing time is 5 working business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that we exclusively ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Upon dispatch, we will provide tracking information for your order. Shipments typically take 3-6 days to reach you, depending on your location. It is important to note that we use Royal Mail Second Class for shipping.

Any issues regarding damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. However, once the package leaves our facility, we relinquish responsibility for any lost or damaged items. In such cases, we advise contacting your carrier directly for further assistance.
