Policy: No Returns or Exchanges After Shipment

Please be advised that once items are shipped, the designated carrier assumes full responsibility for any damage incurred during transit, such as crystals melting, packets opening, incorrect delivery addresses, or non-receipt of packages. We regret to inform you that no refunds or exchanges will be provided for edible products, as all sales are considered final.

Should any issues arise during shipping, they must be addressed directly with the selected carrier (Royal Mail, Evri). Once an order has been dispatched, we relinquish liability for any lost or damaged items. Customers are accountable for providing accurate delivery information, and we are not liable for packages unable to be delivered by the postal service.

In the event of a discrepancy between the confirmed delivery date and the actual arrival of the package, please notify us and the carrier within 48 hours so that appropriate measures can be taken to trace the parcel. Any concerns regarding damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Regrettably, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for edible items under any circumstances.
